NOKIANGEL builds club sets around groove, low-end pressure, rolling percussion and late-night dancefloor energy. The project sits in the part of electronic music where pacing and room movement matter more than quick effect: rhythm, tension, air, weight and release.
Born in Volzhsky, Russia, and currently based in Europe, NOKIANGEL came through underground club culture and club lineups rather than a purely digital music environment. He is a resident of the Moscow club community Бэк and has played at Mutabor, Simach and Blanc in Moscow, Blank and Ритмы in Saint Petersburg, and Cafe del Mar Phuket.
NOKIANGEL has also recorded a DJ set for Komrad Radio, an international electronic music radio platform. His music and public artist profiles are available across SoundCloud, Spotify, Apple Music, Yandex Music, MusicBrainz and Wikidata.
